Payment methods of new website
PayPal is here now but there's a temporary change in the way we have to process your credit card if you are not going through PayPal.
With our new trading name comes a new webiste. We hope you find it a big improvement over the last one. There's lots of new technology inside now that wasn't in the on2dvd.com.au site.
However, at this point in time the prefered payment gateway ( eway) used on previos site is not completely developed for this ecommerce solution. It may be a few months until it is ready. So we have to manage as best we can for the time being. It's not a hinderance for the customer though, you have the option of using PayPal now for immediate payments or what we've called an "offline payment" - when selecting this method you can send us the order in the traditional way through the website. When we get it we will check stock status and send you a Tax Invoice ( Proforma) - by email with payment detials. You can still use your credit card by automated telephone transactions. Simply follow the instructions on the Invoice and it will be processed by eway offline. You will be given a receipt number during this process and when it is completed an email is sent to us that shows the quote number you entered from the Proforma.
