Shipping and Delivery
Costs of shipping for physical items.
Flat rate $17 per order* unless otherwise offered under a promotion.
*However, it is near impossible to calculate real costs assoicated with delivering to a large and vast country like Australia. We reserve the right to decline an order if the shipping costs make the sale non profitable. In such case we will contact you to offer an alternate shipping cost. If you decline we will refund 100% of your payment immediately.
Costs of delivering digital products.
There is no charge for shipping when you purchase a digital or virtual product, If however you add a physical product to the cart with a virtual product then the standard flat rate fee will apply to the cart total.
It is impossible to declare which carrier we will use to ship your order since some products are sent from our location and others direct from the importer or agent ( drop shipping). If you need to know please call us prior to making a purchase.
Typically the majority of orders are fulfilled by one of these options below.

* However orders of significant value will always be delivered by a courier and not Australia Post.
We do not ship goods outside of Australia through this website under any cirumstances. If an order were to arive with a shipping address outside the country of Australia will will immediately refund all monies.
Many products are in stock either at our place of business or at the warehouses of the supplier chain/ importer of the vendor. It is typically expected that such products will be sent within 2 business days of order. However if an item is not readily available within an expected 2 week period we will contact you and provide an estimation of delivery timeframe. You may choose to receive a refund if goods can not be provided within 2 weeks. Please remember some products listed on our site are imported only when requested.
Important : Consider your "Deliver to address"
The following is a term of service.
Before you submit this order please take a moment to consider the delivery address. Is this a business address or a private address? Wherever possible we strongly recommend having orders shipped to your business address or a close family members business address. Even if you plan on being home at a residence there are many "moments" in a day that prevent you from answering the door. In these cases the courier will leave a card but the inconvenience can be bothersome. Furthermore, when a signed delivery has not been achieved there is a compounded delivery charge of $12 that you must then agree to pay us. (Yes, we get invoiced for failed attempted deliveries). Unfortunately ALL of the premium carriage & freight companies use this methodology & understandably so, there is an extra service.. .. This charge would be made to the credit card authorized for this order.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from VIDEODESK AUSTRALIA are made pursuant to a shipping contract. Meaning that part of the sale is for VIDEODESK AUSTRALIA to provide the shipping as a responsibility. Therefore, we take the responsibility of providing adequate and safe carriage. For this reason you may not choose your own carrier through this website. If you wish to use a specified carrier you will relinquish the right to claim loss from carriage. Please call if you need to use a specified carrier.
The sale of goods is only terminated once the goods have been delivered (or attempted to be delivered) safely to you. Therefore it should be expected that any damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of VIDEODESK AUSTRALIA not the purchaser, unless you were not available to receive the goods when they were attempted to be delivered, in which case the responsibility passes to the customer at that time. It is your responsibility to receive the item when it is made available at the address you specify.
